If you keep up with my reviews, you know I recently read Outlaw Kind of Love, and declared it OTT cheesy but liked it despite its many shortcomings. I heard the rest of the books in the series got better and better so I decided to go ahead and read Nomad Kind of Love. This book is definitely darker and grittier than Outlaw was, which I like better but if you have triggers for kidnapping, violence, rape and murder, this is not the book for you.

It is better written, but I kinda sorta missed the OTT cheesiness at first, then I found it in some funny and cringe-worthy sex scenes which would work in a paranormal, but this isn’t one.

Nomad takes place in a different location than Outlaw did. Throttle sends the Nomad chapter of the Outlaws to Python to be the front runners on a new chapter of the Prairie Devils. They know this will not sit well with the Grizzlies, so they broker an agreement with the Grizzlies and take June as collateral. June had been taken by the Grizzlies years earlier and was being forced to work in their strip joint, The Dirty Diamond. In another case of Insta-lust, Maverick AKA Aaron, sees June and decides he wants her. He quickly realizes she’s been badly used and hurt so he goes on a mission to win her. The Grizzlies decide to not take things lying down, and we get lots of action and some cameos some favored characters from the first book.

Maverick was alpha crazy, insta-love falling, ridiculousness but he and June worked. He did seem to get his rearend handed to him by the Grizzlies which made me question his intelligence, but this book has an HEA so it all works out and in rather an ingenious way and he somewhat redeems himself.

I liked June. She wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, but she had heart. I did wonder why she didn’t just leave after what happened with her sister, and I wish the book would have explained why she couldn’t in order to keep the long term she spent with the Grizzlies more believable.

Nomad was a better book than Outlaw, but I’m not sure I liked it better. It’s kind of an apple to oranges comparison even though they are in the same series. So far this isn’t the best biker series I’ve ever read, but it’s entertaining and sometimes that’s all a Dirty Girl needs.

Nomad Kind Of Love did not disappoint. I thought "Throttle" from Outlaw Kind Of Love was HOT but oh my goodness I am so into Maverick and his brand of justice. I am so excited to read Savage Kind Of Love Book #3 next.

June Daniels grew up in the MC lifestyle thanks to her dad "Spinner" was a Member of the Grizzlies MC, Missoula. Being at the mercy of the Grizzlies is not something June can escape from, that is until she meets Maverick and he takes her as his charter's collateral.

Aaron "Maverick" Sturm is President of the Nomads (Prairie Devils charter) and has been tasked by his Mother Charter's President "Throttle" to open up a new charter in Python. When Maverick takes June as his clubs collateral he wants her for more personal reason as well.

Trust and believe me when I say there is so much more that goes on in this book. I could tell you more but then I would ruin Maverick and June's story for you. I am loving Nicole's dark and gritty MC bikers. After I read book #3 Savage Kind Of Love I would definitely read more MC books written by Nicole. On a scale from 1-10 I give Nomad Kind Of Love a great big 10. I really loved this second installment to author Nicole Snow's Prairie Devils MC Series. If you are looking for a super HOT sexy biker, clashing biker MC's, revenge, or just a dirty HOT read then Nomad Kind Of Love is the book for you. Everyone Adult 18+ needs to pick up a copy of this book. If you haven't read this series yet than you need to pick up Outlaw Kind Of Love (review below) while you are buying Nomad Kind Of Love. Give Maverick and June a chance to show you what it is like to be a Nomad in Python.

First off, I’ve yet to read book #1 of the Outlaw Love Series but thankfully the stories in this series are only slightly intertwined because the characters make cameos within the novels, but the stories are individuals. What drew me to this novel was the cover and the synopsis for the story, so I had to check it out. The story is written in the two P.O.V.’s(point of views) of June Daniels and Aaron ‘Maverick’ Sturm.

June Daniels is a teenage girl with a twin sister, who lives at home with their mother and a father who is a part of the Grizzlies Motorcycle Club. She is awaken one night by the sounds of the Grizzlies Motorcycle Club invading her home and shattering her home life forever. The Grizzlies MC decide to take control of June from then on. Everything becomes a real life nightmare, with no end in sight.

The Prairie Devils MC are sent out West and arrive to town, looking to establish a new charter in the area. The President of the Prairie Devils MC is a biker who lives as a Nomad and rides with his crew where ever the mother charter needs them. Aaron ‘Maverick’ Sturm is handsome, tall, tattooed and dominant. They ride over to check out a local business owned by the Grizzlies MC to get an idea of what they are about. Also, to let their presence be known. That’s when he first sees her.

Maverick is taken by June and her beauty and the sadness in her eyes. June becomes collateral to a shaky agreement made between the Prairie Devils MC and the Grizzlies MC, and becomes collateral property of the Prairie Devils MC. The President of the Prairie Devils MC, Maverick, becomes protective and finds himself wanting to know, keep and claim this mysterious yet edgy collateral named June. But all June has on her mind is revenge.

Will Maverick be the one to help June get the vengeance she seeks? Can her outlaw savior Maverick be the love June needs or will she only cause problems that will bring war to the door of the Prairie Devils MC? This story is definitely a nice dose of rough bikers, a battle for control and a lot of erotic moments. This is a gritty and hot read so be ready for that. If that is your kind of novel, then I do recommend this because it brings you the biker world in full force. Check it out!
